This form is for requesting tax receipts for Skate To Great. Our accounting department will reconcile your donation and it will be sent if deemed accurate. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. We only allow equipment receipts to be made from donations dropped off at Play It Again Sports locations, due to tax regulations regarding valuations for equipment. One must have information from the receipt given to them when donating their equipment to have a taxable receipt issued by Skate To Great. For more information please contact us.
